About the Founder and the Company
Elliot Scott has been a sales compensation and sales effectiveness consultant for over 20 years with Towers Watson, The Alexander Group, Korn Ferry, and ZS Associates, as well as independently. He brings broad and deep experience with sales organizations and sales compensation practices in a wide variety of industries, both domestic and global. His understanding of best practices allows him to design and implement solutions that significantly improve sales results and do it quickly and efficiently. Elliot has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Over the years, he has developed a network of other top-quality consultants who assist on larger projects and complement his capabilities.
Mr. Scott is on the Sales Compensation faculty of WorldatWork, the trade association for compensation professionals.
